What We Like

Its convertible feature is actually quite useful and not just a marketing strategy. You can convert its freezer into a refrigerator whenever you need an extra refrigerator – especially helpful during festivals or when hosting guests. With just a press of a button, the freezer temperature will adjust to the refrigerator temperature level.

Its humidity control is a little more sophisticated than a standard crisp drawer. Its adjustable humidity settings give you customisable storage options for different products. Berries and herbs benefit from lower humidity, while leafy vegetables benefit from higher levels.

Its Deodoriser uses an activated carbon filter to eliminate any odours. For example my friend stores in everything from fish – to leftover vegetables & there’s no smell transfers or bad odour between items.

What Could Be Better

As a relatively new brand introduced to the refrigerator market, Croma’s long-term reliability is still being established. One concern for you if you live in a tier 2 or tier 3 city is that its service centres are currently only available in primary urban areas.

Its build quality is good, but it doesn’t quite match the premium feel of already established brands like LG or Samsung. For example, its door handles feel a bit flimsy.
